Erika Baldwin found her passion for criminal law after a childhood friend was sentenced to 30 years in state prison. She believes that everyone deserves a competent defense and is not afraid of taking cases to trial or exploring every possible avenue in defense of her clients.
Erika graduated from Furman University and received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. She has practiced in Virginia, Washington D.C, and South Carolina and currently accepts criminal defense clients throughout the state.
We want to continue to pay it forward by offering funds to further educational opportunities for the future.
